REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds for the services rendered. For Appraisals: In the event a property was inspected but the report has not been written a $175 inspection fee will be charged and any balance collected will be refunded. A $100 fee will be charged for all "no show" appointments or additional trips needed to the property that are for reasons other than the fault of the appraiser. Once the report is written no refunds will be granted. Per USPAP and state laws it is illegal for appraisers to provide appraisal services on a contingent fee basis (based on the outcome of the value opinion or a predetermined value opinion or expectation).
