Building relationships...

Dear Appraiser,

Valucent Corp. is a real estate valuation company servicing clients nationwide with appraisals, appraisal review, automated valuation models and broker price opinions.  Valucent Corp. is more than a vendor management company.  The founders of Valucent Corp. are appraisers who have also worked in the lending community.  Valucent Corp. seeks to bridge the gap between appraisers and our clients by providing both the appraiser and the client with better communications and clear understanding of their concerns.

Valucent Corp. seeks to add qualified independent fee appraisers and appraisal companies to our approved appraiser list.  Valucent Corp. seeks ethical appraisers who are focused on delivering quality appraisals, good service and communications.  Valucent Corp. promotes the respect and integrity of appraisers and the appraisal profession.  We wish to add approved appraisers who are experienced in the markets that they serve, understand and correctly employ the appraisal process, communicate status and deliver our orders in a timely fashion.
